Really like where this is going.

I think the real shift isn’t just “agentic UX” - it’s "human x agent" operating models.

Key questions become:

When does the agent act vs. ask?
When should it interrupt (or stay silent)?
How is trust built and updated over time?
How does control transfer cleanly back to the human?

These feel like the actual primitives of AI-native software.
