⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Judge Eric N. Vitaliano has ORDERED Jennifer Hough to respond to Kenneth Petty’s request for a PRE-MOTION CONFERENCE after she failed to file a response within the Court’s required deadline.

Petty filed his pre-motion conference letter on SEPTEMBER 10, 2026.

Under Judge Vitaliano’s Individual Rules, Hough was required to file a response of no more than THREE PAGES within SEVEN DAYS of service.

The judge has now given Hough a new deadline, SEPTEMBER 25, 2026

Hough must respond to Petty’s pre-motion conference request by that date.
