🇸🇦 GACA Statement on Houthi Attacks Targeting Saudi Airports

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) reported that Abha International Airport and King Khalid International Airport were targeted in two attacks on October 6 and 7.

🔹 Abha International Airport: Two female residents of Moroccan and Algerian nationalities were killed, while 28 people were injured.

🔹 King Khalid International Airport: A Sudanese resident was killed, and 8 people were injured.

🔹 The injuries ranged from minor to severe, with those injured transferred to hospitals for medical care.

🔹 The attacks also caused material damage, while competent authorities continue to assess the damage and implement necessary safety measures.
