@SpiritAirlines My husband called today again, waited on hold for 37 min, someone answered then hung up on him. He called back, asked to speak to a supervisor , waited on hold for 41 minutes, the supervisor who answered then proceeded to hang up on my husband. Absolutely appalling!!!
