@WDWToday Since staying here all we have heard is horrible experience after horrible experience. Please remove this from property. We have not heard one positive thing about it. It definitely needs to be looked into immediately. The staff does nothing to fix the problems and are very rude

@DisneySprings @WaltDisneyWorld @BResort_LBV is HORRIBLE! Should NOT be a good neighbor hotel. Feels like im in a motel. It is dirty, staff is rude, hidden fees are insane, and ive already canceled my stay in July. Needs to be removed from Disney property. Gives Disney a bad name
