I am facing problems in my RO from 19th July but till date they are not resolving the issue. I have paid 1year payment in advance. Now they are not responding on social media.

Livpure's RO service has become terrible. Since 24 July 2026, my leakage complaint has been repeatedly closed without resolution. They keep blaming software glitches.

@Livpure_India Technician visited yesterday but leakage problem was not resolved. Still I am purchasing water bottles from market. Till date 40 ltrs.

@Livpure_India From 25th December 2024 onwards I am unable to use RO due to bad taste. I have already raised a complaint but nobody came to change the filter. Drinking water is basic needs and without it how can anybody survive? Nowadays I have to use bottle service.
