@TruGreen I am having one of the worst first experiences with @TruGreen, absolutely no respect for customer's time and 0 communication. Regretting buying this service already
@TruGreen Just bought and alreadt having one of the worst first experiences ever and I haven't even had first service yet.The app is giving an eta of 1AM - 6pm!!I took time off, its already 6:00pm and noone has come. Online chats are glitchy, noone responds timely and there is no contact.
What kinda eta is this @TruGreen I took day off and its 6:00pm but noone has even come yet. The automated chats are glitchy, age is canceling the chats, no way to connect with local office. I am already regretting buy the plan and hope you can prove me wrong.
@TruGreen one of the worst customer service. I have no idea how to reach the local office and customer service ended chats in the middle of a conversation. Need someone to reach out to me.

@PlanetFitness …about time to lead the pack and stop airing news channels in your gyms. Literally 70% screens air news channels that not only air negative and ‘not so healthy’ content but is boring as hell. People go to gyms to leave all the negativity out….just a thought.
