Tabitha Smith was arrested for getting into an argument following a disturbance call. For raising her voice and pissing off a rookie deputy, she was arrested, handcuffed, and put in the back of a squad car.

The deputy was texting his wife while driving to brag about arresting her when he drove into a river and killed Tabitha.

She was 35, married, with two children. No crazy criminal record. Just a mom who got in an argument and died.

If the cop had survived, he **should** have been charged with manslaughter. But he wouldn't have been. And now there's a million stories about HIM when he killed HER.
