Finally after over 30 minutes and no help from Shiv I got a resolution. That was not how you want to spend time having the CSR ignore you. Thankfully the next person luckily was different and was quicker to respond.
Hey @UberEats your car just hung up and I never got properly refunded for my order and he’s Shiv is still live on chat ignoring my communication and keeps ending chat! Anyone else have horrible experience #ubereats#horribleexperience

@Heelpchats_CS@UberEats Followed back. This is super frustrating since local store said to get in touch with uber and said I would definitely have problems .. now I understand why the said that!!
When you didn’t get all your order and the cost was more than $5 but @uber refuses to help and you call @CrackerBarrel and they said it’s not their issue and uber has to fix it .. frustrating!

I have had Starlink for over a year - its my only option for internet where I live. Your website says I should be getting over 120 Mbps. I cant get ahold of anyone at support. Trying to stream and cant with these speeds.
