@TicketmasterIre @EPfestival I registered for the loyalty scheme before the deadline, forgot to include my old email which was used to buy tickets 2012-2017. My 2018 tickets were purchased with a newer email & that’s the one I filled out the form with. Can this be reviewed? ☹️

@SkyHelpIreland my Sky has suddenly stopped working, no satellite signal on the tv and no wifi - it’s saying incorrect password when I try to connect, even though I’m entering the password on the box. Please can an engineer be sent out to me asap!

@SkyHelpIreland no TV signal for a week, engineer finally visited & revealed that there’s too many Sky customers in our apartment complex, there isn’t enough router points for our TV to work. I’m paying for this service?! I WANT TO END MY CONTRACT NOW - please contact me ASAP

@etrade I spent hours on the phone with a support person on Tuesday. They said they would call me back and NEVER DID. I cannot access my account!!! Why does nobody care about this??? #Etrade #TerribleCustomerExperience

@etrade 6 times I contacted support in >2mnths, waiting over 45mins to speak to someone (calling from EU so VERY expensive). Twice I’ve been told a tech support agent would call me back,they have not. I am missing the deadline for my companies ESPP today..someone needs to DM me
