For the past few months, I spent a lot of time understanding how linkedin outreach works. Most tools just do bulk outreach - automated DMs/connection requests with no context whatsoever.

In the era of AI, where there's no shortage of spam, this is not the way. Personalized outreach will be the only thing that'll win.

I built Lead Surf to help people do just this. Lead Surf never sends a message/DM/connection request on your behalf but it does the hard part - research.

It pulls linkedin posts when someone is talking about your industry, goes through each post and ranks them based on your business.

It then reads each profile (their bio, career path, education etc) and comes up with an ICP score to let you know if its worth connecting with them or not.

It also gives you an idea on how to respond and what to use. It gives you hooks, comment ideas and post summaries so you can do the outreach yourself in your voice without coming across as spam.

With Lead Surf, forget the research and just focus on being a human.

Today, we're introducing Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5, two configurations of our next major language model.

I'd normally highlight the numbers: It's SOTA on nearly all benchmarks. I want to talk about something else, because with Fable 5 out in the world, I think a third era quietly started today.

I lead Claude Code & Cowork on the desktop, so I think a lot about how people use AI to get work done. I believe we're about to see a major shift, moving from giving AI tasks to giving it responsibilities.
