I have logged the complaint on cyber security portal attaching the screenshot of it. I have also sent an email to @instagram but there hasn't been any reply from there end, would request @Cyberdost @DCP_CCC_Delhi @Cybercellindia @DelhiPolice @MahaCyber1 to take immediate action.

Yesterday I received a call from person claiming himseft to be a member of @MahaCyber1 and that's what was reflecting on truecaller, the person asked for an OTP and changed the email address and phone number of my Instagram, and when I called him again....1

The person started asking for money and said that he has hacked more than 5000 accounts and threatened me to delete the Instagram Page, and made me transfer 1500INR and said that he would need more money, Below are screenshots of payment transferred & the bank details he gave...2
