@EssexPoliceUK @intuLakeside @EssexOSG It's a great job the police do and I have such respect for people that chose a career to keep others safe, knowing that sometimes it has cost others their lives. If people aren't doing anything wrong, then they should have no concerns with vehicle checks.

Race 4 business finished ✔ used to run this every year with dad, and have carried it on since he died. This year they happened to be raising money for Farleigh Hospice, who were so helpful and caring while he was ill. Wonderful people, lovely place. Always in my heart pops. 🏃❤
