@Losermanwins Problem is, it's moving in a way that is going to only hurt indie arcades who have been the backbone of the US arcade scene and can't afford the outrageously high prices for these new cabs.

Just to replace the KONAMI games I own with new cabs would cost me over $130K.

[Christian Blackburn @ashasaur]

@ModernVintageG Absolutely DOA product unfortunately. It's the type of thing I think we all knew was gonna come out of "new Commodore", white label OWD devices with the Commodore logo on them.

[Christian Blackburn @ashasaur]

@ast32629 Yep that's me.

This is an Xbox. No, for real, the SEGA Chihiro really *is* an Xbox.

Big shout-out to whomever painted the monitor cover of this Tekken 5 cab with water based house paint. It's not awful to remove at all!

Fixed one of my Eggventure guns today. Broken IR diode, probably been that way for years! Eggventure is such a weird and cool game I'm super happy to have it for my arcade!

I guess I really should start posting arcade things I do on here. Picked this SEGA Desert Tank up today at auction for $10!

[Christian Blackburn @ashasaur]

@t3hSurge Until the prices drop on official cabinets (which they won't) there's a zero percent chance small arcades go realamuse. Realamuse is also fundamentally incompatible with free play arcades which most smaller places are.

[Christian Blackburn @ashasaur]

@ashasaur wouldn't it be neat if I owned something like this...
