The bus is semi-full. People are trying to avoid the person as best they can. I would have put this in the customer service area but it moved and honestly MTA is not making it easy.

@FedExHelp Fedex is an example of what goes wrong when a company eliminates human contact as the 1st step and goes straight to a bot.
Can't reach a human for an answer that the bots don't have: A notice was left on our bldg with NO NAME...our entire bldg is puzzled. #FedexFail

@PayPal I'm beginning to think that PayPal is not a legitimate business. Something is wrong there. It's hard for me to believe it's a fin tech company because the company tech is a fail on a large scale.

It's 2025 but it seems like it's being run by people from 1995.

@NYCTBus So M103 bus 5984 just drove off as I knocked on the door...he was at the stop and the light turned green...but there's no traffic on 3rd Ave...and he rolled his eyes.

Why? The bus was practically empty!

@NYCTBus So let me get this straight...we are basically held hostage on the 4,5,6 lines because of an investigation, poor announcement system...then finally we hear an announcement telling us to take the bus...but the wait times for the bus are astronomical. Not a good look MTA!
