@GoFirstairways Hey, here is the PNR of my two tickets which I unfortunately booked with go first for travel on 2/5/23. I have got no refund yet. I will lodge an FIR under section 420 of IPC if this not addressed ASAP. @MoCA_GoI @PMOIndia

Also @EaseMyTrip is not pushing the matter further. Very disappointing experience. Lose my trust on both parties involved.

I called their customer support. They told we initiated refund to online aggregator already amd sent me a credit note email. When I asked @EaseMyTrip , they are saying no refund received. One of them is doing the fraud. This is serious. PNR BY5GSG ,
PNR KBH3YT. Please resolve.
