@M2Jrh @FloreFlos Here he is 🤦‍♀️. They are a very old and unusual ingredient. The recipe I used them is was a beef or venison in beer, port and these pickled walnuts. They melt but give the sauce a slight tang . Very Christmas time ingredient. Iv done that recipe for 40 years.

@UnashamedBrit You know what helped me ? Those Halls double menthol sweets . I managed to stop a 40 year habit with just them..after 6 months tho I’d put that much weight on I started vaping . Still..no fags and I’m still alive but wouldn’t have been otherwise after double pneumonia

@Sonderisfon Tea . I drink at least 1 and a half litres a day . No sugar. Sometimes no caffeine tea ..unless it’s really hot weather I can’t drink water much
