@vinted I find it absolutely appalling that Royal Mail has damaged my item in transit and yet I am being blamed for improperly packaging the item. That was not the case at all and I believe I should be getting a refund also. I will seek further action if I don’t get a refund.

@vintedUK I find it absolutely disgusting that you won’t refund the seller because a courier YOU’VE used has lost my parcel so now I cannot resell the item and I am also out of pocket. You need to do better to protect sellers against lost items. Shameful.

@tfwrail 20 minutes and counting since I was supposed to be on the train to Radyr. I got as far as Cathays and then had to get off because the train got fast tracked to Ponty. Now the train I’m supposed to get on to get to Radyr still isn’t here. Delay form already in. Abysmal.

@tfwrail I know the ‘reasonings’ behind why you’re doing what you’re doing. What I’m saying is yet again it’s not good enough. Get on a train at peak travel time and then see what the average commuter goes through. Abysmal service.

@tfwrail the new mapping of the train routes just simply is not going to work. Head office have not thought things through. And yet again it’s stupidly cramped conditions on a train that I BARELY got onto.
Upgrade the trains yes, but don’t fix what’s not broken.

Maybe, instead of National Service for 18 year olds they should introduce national service for MPs.

They all have to do several weeks volunteering in a school, GP, hospital, care home, social care and police within their first 12 months in office.

@tfwrail why are all of your valleys trains delayed? Aberdare, Merthyr, and Treherbert are all showing as ‘delayed’ with no explanation offered.

@tfwrail It’s more than likely been ‘relocated’ to the Treherbert service who still also get half price tickets. I appreciate sometimes it’s out of your control but it seems suspicious that Aberdare services are getting cancelled when Treherbert are running fine.

@tfwrail why is the 06:51 from aberdare cancelled? Don’t say some nonsense about trains needing repairs.. Aberdare line is now suffering because Treherbert js back on.

@tfwrail Why cancel at such short notice though? That’s what I don’t understand. If you knew trains were needing repairs then update accordingly before people are waiting on a train that won’t run. Apologies are short lived now.
