This is why I continue to create awareness about the rubbish left behind in nature after a day out.. This little fox had his head stuck in a jar. Luckily found before it was too late. Suffering from dehydration, hunger and fly strikes. Thankfully rescued. Take your litter home!!!
IMPORTANT: the latest regional R numbers published today by @cmmid_lshtm.

Yesterday I knocked on my Tennant's door and told him he can stay in the property rent free for 5 months. He is self employed with 4 kids. I don't need Boris to tell me what is morally correct. Landlords, if you can, do more, do something. #COVID19#BeNice
Sadly, we've had to close our country parks with immediate effect. We had wanted to keep them open as spaces to exercise, but national and local fears are growing that too many people are visiting and it's impossible to keep a safe distance.

As a frontline doctor in London - you really really need to take this seriously - it is bad - it is really bad - already - and it’s predicted to be worse by next weekend - too many people really don’t get it yet - stay indoors!! Seriously! #FlattenTheCurve#COVID19@doctor_oxford
The Tories say the victims of Grenfell didn’t have common sense.
I’ll tell you what’s common sense:
Don’t put flammable cladding on people’s homes.
Don’t close fire stations and don't cut fire fighters.
And don’t ignore residents when they tell you their home is a death trap.
I realise that what I said was wrong and caused a great deal of distress and offence. It was not my intention to do so, and I do not want to add in any way to the pain that this tragic event has caused. I apologise unreservedly.
