@MyCiTiBus can you train your staff properly?! They look one way when people burst infront of the rest in the line and then your staff do nothing! This happens at civic centre station daily. Nee man n mens kom vroeg om n sit plek te kry. It’s unfair to the people queuing.

On many occasions the 261 bus en route to adderley street is either late or too early for the required time at the stop. It’s frustrating especially now in winter! Get your drivers to be on time with the bus schedule! @MyCiTiBus I’m on time and stood waiting longer than I should!

Several times this line is long at Atlantis Station. I’m sure many citizens wakes up a hour before to wait about a hour for a damn empty bus. That’s ridiculous! @MyCiTiBus do something! To be punctual for your own bus, but the buses aren’t.
