@lufthansa Albeit, I have contacted the airline and asked to at least in good faith cancel and refund me for the return journey. The airline has blatantly refused. This unprofessional & heartless attitude of Lufthansa has left me with contempt and sad ordeal towards them. I advise travelers

@lufthansa I had to book another airline ticket to UK, it was a colossal loss of money to me. Had the ground staff at least advised me if there was a requirement of a transit visa I would have cancelled the ticket and made an alternative arrangement, thus, saving me some money.

@lufthansa I was not in possession of the transit visa for Frankfurt. I was not in knowledge that transit visa was a requirement. Neither was I advised by the Pune Lufthansa counter while I was given the boarding tickets. I could not board the flight and my complete trip was cancelled.
