The Bluegrass Section of ASHE was chartered in June 2017 and serves as a forum for members of the highway industry to innovate, fellowship, and educate.

We hosted a wonderful lunch today with guest speakers: Stan Harris from ASHE National and James Ballinger, KYTC State Highway Engineer. Stan was there to swear in the new officers and give an update on ASHE National then James gave the group an update on whats going on at KYTC.

Congrats to Samuel Lambert, the recipient of the ASHE Bluegrass Section Scholarship from the Spring 2023 semester. Sam is a senior at the UK majoring in Civil Engineering. Sam’s is from Paducah, Kentucky, where he graduated from Paducah Tilghman High School in 2020.
