Summer ball is finally here! Over the past month, I’ve worked hard to rebuild my strength and confidence after recovering from mono. Now I’m healthy, strong, and excited to get back on the field and compete. Looking forward to a great season ahead!

Since it’s the off-season, I’ve been dialed in on improving my speed and velocity in the gym using the @dr3fastpitch Speed & Velocity Program. Excited to keep seeing my progress!

I had such a great fall season with @SoFoNational09 ! I finished with a 1.8 ERA in the circle and a .324 batting average at the plate. Last year I focused mainly on spin and accuracy, but with offseason workouts starting up, I’m excited to shift my focus to building more speed.
Thank you to all the coaches who watched me this season, I can’t wait to keep working and improving. Next up: School ball!
