"Did you ever make art back on Earth?"
"Art's just a way for rich people to feel smart," Dawn says. The response is as swift and measured as her sword swings. A chair made of thick animal skin bleeds its own green wool.
"What about the chair? Or your sword stuff?" Lily pokes a little further.
"What about 'em? A busted old chair or a sword swing isn't art dude. Art's all about making stuff. Like making things more complicated than they need to be." Dawn doesn't take her eyes off the target.
"But you destroy wood to make a fancy carving. Same with marble statues, or... or fancy animal chairs, or..."
Dawn's interruption is a fine slice. "I bet you grew up rich, huh?"
Lily shrugs out of view. "I don't know. I just think you move like an artist."

Well because of the resounding success of the first episode,
Crash Brain episode #number 2 is now live 3 days ago. Go put it on in the background and dont pay attention to it

We awoke in the depths of an ancient tree.
Its cold, hollow roots cut through the shallow
Ground. Dust stormed in the radiant skylights.
The surface was begging us to breach.
When the tree finally gave us egress, we crawled
Out of its split womb. The tree stood strong and
Alone, a beacon in the dead flats, shattered dirt.
A couple branches still held leaves. It was the last
Surviving shade for nothing to enjoy. I brushed
The flaking bark with a softer warmth. Leaves
Sighed in the wind. A brittle soldier fell and
Landed on my head.
At first, the heat was wonderful.
An open land of opportunity.
It got old, quick, even for my smile.
The heat pressed us into the ground.
The wasteland had us walking in circles.
The sun hovered over our heads.
Dawn told him to leave.
Her words burned hotter than the air.
The sun asked why?
“You were cold and lost in the tree,
Then alone in the long desert.
I’m keeping you company.”

"Dream"
Something's been in my eye for years. Little dagger eyelash carving up the world, bleeding haze. A smooth dream. I can't think, stuck unfocused, forced to obsess. It slips into a laceration and digs. A dog den in the brain. If this will be the last sight, parasite, the only thing I'll know, go for the neck instead
