@JenRLabelle@thecoldpodcast Hi Jen. Those two episodes are a recording of the Cold live event from 2019 and an interview with Susan’s parents marking 10 years since her murder. I’m not exactly sure why those aren’t in the feed. I think it has something to do with distribution rights.
I had no plans for a second season. Then, I got a call from a prosecutor I hadn’t talked to in decades, and…well…April 16 Season 2 of the letter publishes❤️ https://t.co/7hxZmz1b3e
@Bradley03997448 Not enough information publicly available yet to have an informed perspective. Speculation obviously draws up some names, which are plausible, but I’m waiting for more details before drawing any conclusions.
@TheAnnieParks Nothing concrete. I’ve looked at some Koecher case reports but it’s been awhile, so I don’t remember exactly. There is at least one PI who has formulated some ideas/suspects. The Susan Powell theory was always bunk, though.
In @KSL5TV's coverage of bills attacking government transparency, including one from Sen. President Stuart Adams, we asked what his message is to voters.
His response: "Come to media availability"
Important context: Only credentialed media are allowed.

@ForeGolfBrand@thecoldpodcast It would be fascinating to know who/what influenced Hartmann’s behavior but absent him talking, we probably won’t ever know. What stood out to me was the escalating nature of it. One wonders how far it might’ve progressed had he not been caught.
@ForeGolfBrand@thecoldpodcast I haven’t seen any evidence that would suggest Hartmann was directly following GSK in the media. There’s anecdotal evidence Hartmann was interested in Ted Bundy, so one might extrapolate out from that to a more general interest in serial killers, but that would be conjecture.
@Thegreenbaybarb@KSL5TV Not my place to say whether there’s merit to the appeal. That’s for the justices to determine. In death penalty cases they tend to expect trial procedure to be followed very closely.
Douglas Lovell has submitted an appeal to the Utah Supreme Court over issues related to religious discussion during his trial for the murder of Joyce Yost.

🕵🏻♀️🕵🏻♀️ What we found: Sexual assault reports to police collecting dust or closed all together without a key interview ever taking place.
It’s a troubling trend uncovered as @NewsKeira & I have been digging into gaps in the justice system for more than a year
