Hey @rodemics - love the new White Collection, I’m having an issue with my Rodecaster Duo where it freezes on the Rode loading screen every time I turn it on, haven’t been able to boot it up so far.

Any advice what the issue is/how to fix?

@NotionHQ Is there some sort of bug with Notion that causes a flickering screen on Mac? At first I thought it was my MacBook/Monitor but I haven’t had that issue with any other apps? 🤔

@virginmedia You’d think 3 engineers would be able to fix it 😂 so must just be the overall service sucks. Feels like Groundhog Day every time I’m calling customer service at this point

@virginmedia seriously what’s going on with the internet service currently? It’s been shockingly bad for 6 weeks now, had 3 engineers out in the past 2 weeks changing everything and saying it’s fine and still can’t get WiFi for longer than an hour 😒 having to constantly hotspot

@virginmedia I know what the price increase was for, but it’s just that the price has gone up and the service only seems to be getting worse. I’d just like some stable internet that doesn’t cut out every 5 minutes.

@virginmedia Both, first engineer replaced the router, 2nd said it was the boosters that were the issue and removed them, 3rd checked everything, tested it and changed all the cabling. Was fine for 2 days and it’s non existent again, ridiculous at this point and our bill actually went up £7..
