@NadraPak the call centre ladies put the phone down without answering the query. What a pathetic service, the surprising thing is i called 4 times, and all the call handlers have done the same.I don't know why in a call centre environment they go unnoticed doing that.

@BahriaTownToday such a shame we in a Que with kids at BTK Eiffel tower & ticketing supervisor M.Ansar was so rude, he said bcos 10:01 pm we will not issue tickets. I was so disappointed the way they treat people and what a non sense that people in a que not been allowed #BTKDOWN
