My two sons have not been allowed to see or speak to their father Imran Khan who has been held unlawfully (acc to the UN) for 22 months of solitary confinement.
X is the only place left where we can still tell the world he is a political prisoner without basic human rights.
Yet every time I post about him, the reach inside Pakistan (and often globally) is throttled to almost zero.
You promised free speech, not “speech but no one hears it”.

While it is a relief that Imran Khan sahib will finally receive the urgent medical attention he has needed all along , care without which he may not have survived, it is deeply painful to see how this fascist regime has broken the health of a man who was once an elite athlete.
This should be a moment of grief for the entire Pakistan: a national hero and a philanthropist, whose all vital organs, according to jail provided medical reports, are no longer functioning as they should.

This is the direct result of solitary confinement and the harsh conditions he has endured. Every institution bears responsibility for this, and so, above all, do his own people (all of us), who failed to build enough pressure in time to secure his release from isolation.

MY HEART BLEEDS THINKING ABOUT HIS SUFFERING!
And a SIMILAR SUFFERING THAT HIS WIFE IS GOING THROUGH!

Custodial personnel lack diagnostic authority, and blank, unsigned summaries cannot substitute for verified medical assessments. Issuing unverified paperwork to summarize an individual’s physical condition fails basic legal and clinical standards, thereby invalidating any stated health claims.

Furthermore, minimizing complex physiological symptoms into non-specific descriptions without releasing supporting diagnostic data severely compromises patient safety. Proper clinical oversight requires documented test metrics, certified diagnostic results, and accountable medical supervision. Any documentation lacking the direct endorsement of an accredited healthcare facility or a licensed specialist holds no clinical validity and must be rejected entirely.

To restore transparency, all future medical evaluations must be issued directly on official institutional letterhead, bearing the credentials, comprehensive technical assessments, and verifiable signatures of primary treating specialists. Unimpeded access must be granted immediately to an independent medical board and trusted personal physicians to conduct an objective, comprehensive evaluation.
