5. Use reveals
Don’t give away all your content at once. Split it up. This keeps you in control as the presenter, allows you to tell a story and establish flow between content. If you show too much, people will naturally read ahead and you lose control.
How do you effectively lead intergenerational teams?
Rather than saying one generation is better than the other learn to recognise the strengths that each generation brings and lean on the range of experience.
