I’ve been nominated and selected as the Regional Winner of this year’s Scottish FA Grassroots Awards For Best Volunteer Of The Year In Youth Football. Wee night out at the hall of fame at Hampden this Friday 👀🏆👏👏

Time to reflect. All they years back at fun 4s a Mr Davie curry got myself involved so a massive Thank You 👏and on that journey 2 boys that have been at my side Keelan Metcalfe and Kelvin Aire all the way to 17s👏but need to say it’s been a pleasure to all the lads I’ve coached

So the big moves have started we wish the following all the very best in their next chapter. Rio Owens and Kelvin Aire will be joining our 20s Ashfield development team and Ashton Haldane will be joining our Ashfield amateurs. Go and smash it lads 💪👍⚫️🔴

We have been very lucky to have a parent do so much fundraising for the team not just this season but over the last 3/4. So it felt right for him to get a vote on his player of the year thanks John Hamilton 👏👏 his vote was for the team captain Kelvin Aire 👏👏👏 well done

This was our last presentation night as a group 🥲 but going out on a high winning the GADYFL div 1🏆 a smashing group of lads , well done back to back league titles 🏆🏆👏👏👏

1st leg tie in the league cup semi finals Boys dominated play but never really created clear cut chances and got punished going down 2-0. But the boys never gave up and come back 2-2 and might have gone on to get the winner

Boys progress to the semi final. I would like to say a massive well done to the coach Robert at drum this was his last game, a true gentleman/ friend and have a lot of respect for what he’s done 👏👏

Good win in our first leg tie going down to 10 men with our keeper sent off then a goal down within 15/20 mins. To then go on and win 3-1. Game plan by coaches was excellent 👏👏 sit deep and counter attack which worked a treat. Well done lads 👏👏
