@UPSRTCHQ This is a serious complaint requiring immediate action. UPSRTC Bus No. UP78 LN 5912 met with an accident with my car while my family members were inside, leaving them terrified.

The conductor appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and misbehaved aggressively. Both the driver and conductor refused to show their IDs.

I also complained to the concerned ARM. She initially received my call, but thereafter has not been answering my calls.

Kindly investigate urgently and take strict disciplinary and legal action against those responsible.
