Prayer for the Last Day of 2025

Heavenly Father,
Here I am, standing at the very end of this year. The final page of 2025 is turning, and I come before You with a heart full of memories, lessons, tears, growth, and gratitude. Thank you for carrying me through this year.
Thank You for every moment I survived, every battle You fought for me, and every breath You allowed me to take. Some days were joyful, some were painful, some were confusing but through it all, You never left me. Lord, as this year closes, I lay everything at Your feet.
The victories I celebrated.
The losses I still feel.
The prayers that were answered.
And the ones I’m still waiting on.
As this year comes to an end, I ask You to cleanse my heart and renew my spirit. Remove fear, doubt, and heaviness. Replace them with peace, healing, and quiet confidence in You.
Lord, I close this year with gratitude not because it was perfect, but because You were faithful. I step into the new year lighter, wiser, and more anchored in Your grace.
Take everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve survived, and use it to prepare me for what’s ahead. I trust that what’s coming will be greater, gentler, and filled with purpose.
Thank you for walking with me through 2025.
Thank you for never giving up on me.
Thank You for the hope that still burns in my heart.

God,

As I stand on the threshold of a new year, I come to You with love and trust. Before 2026 unfolds, I place my life, my family, my work, and my future into Your hands. Go before me. Clear what does not belong. Remove anything that would hinder the life you are leading me into.
I ask that every pattern no longer serving Your purpose for me ends here. Every burden I was never meant to carry, every word spoken in fear, every cycle that tried to keep me small—I release them now. What followed me through past seasons will not define the one ahead.

Cover my home with Your presence. Guide my steps with Your wisdom. Order my days with peace instead of pressure.
As this new year begins, I trust that what You bless cannot be undone, and what You remove makes space for something better. Let 2026 be marked not by fear or heaviness, but by clarity, freedom, and alignment with Your will. I move forward knowing I am protected, guided, and held.
