Controversial opinion but "people are too accessible 24/7 and that has set unrealistic expectations socially" and "it's polite to keep friends informed, check in and ease their minds" can co-exist.
"I don't owe people anything" is a statement for strangers, not friendships.
The concept of believing wholeheartedly that HSR SPs add anything of value to the characters besides some mid ass fits and hype moments 😭😭 You're so lost
GI's established lore behind Visions and its power system doesn't naturally leave room for SPs. Besides, a game doesn't need SP to justify character development. A well-written story and events grounded in worldbuilding is more than enough.
my red flag is that if you don't talk to me, i won't talk to you either. but not because I don't want to talk to you, but because I think if you don't want to talk to me, I should give you space so I don't bother you.
hsr prose isn't difficult to understand because it's complex lmao it's because it excels at making you lose track of what the fuck it's trying to say with purple and needlessly repetitive verbiage. endlessly insisting upon itself without the substance to back it up
at some point "believe all victims" has to clash with "do not believe everything you see on the internet" and post covid internet generation has skipped the second part entirely
Amphoreus was one of the worst-written, worst-paced stories I have ever experienced in gaming. Characters are boiled down to a primordial ooze of tropes all so Shaoji could shoehorn his favorite OCs from the previous game. An absolute masterclass in what not to do.
@miyurains_ so this is the thing i’ve been writing about for the past 4 years do you know how much worse this makes everything we’ve ever talked about regarding Them smh i have visuals now
the way i instantly gain more respect for someone when they just tell me that i did something to bother them so we can talk about it rather than playing games like its middle school
