@IndianOilcl On 26 August, when the cylinder was brought for delivery, the delivery boy ** demanded extra money above the billed amount.

I clearly said that I would pay the exact billed amount of ₹968.50 through online payment.He refused online payment and demanded extra money.

@IndianOilcl The delivery person ***** has allegedly demanded extra money from me on previous occasions as well. I have faced the same issue before, where delivery was refused when I did not agree to pay the extra amount.

I booked an Indane LPG cylinder on 25 August at 6:34 PM. My Consumer No. is 75931933. Order Ref. No. 2-0059*743. On 26 August, an invoice of ₹968.50 was generated.
