Agent called at 12:50 AM (harassment!), then CS made false promises all day, and now fake delivery status. Order: 407-9347986-7689935. This is fraud & mental agony. Resolve ASAP! 😡

@flipkartsupport On the call back, your executive told that, minimum 8 days it will take to refund and it’s Flipkart policy. 8 day burden to the customer. And the seller is the controlling person, and not Flipkart. Seller will decide when to refund. Pathetic Flipkart in between

@FlipkartStories @Flipkart There are fraudsters as seller in the Flipkart itself. They sell counterfeit products under brand tags. I had a similar experience in the purchase of a Diesel Watch. I was saved, because the product of different colour arrived and I could return it safely.
