>किसको फर्क पड़ता है? कौन सी सरकार को फर्क पड़ता है? किस मंत्री को फर्क पड़ता है? कितनो का इस्तीफा मांगोगे, इस्तीफा मांगते मांगते जीवन समाप्त हो जाएगा, लेकिन भ्रष्टाचार खत्म नहीं होगा।

सब के सब चोर हैं साले।

>जो आंदोलन आज बीजेपी के खिलाफ चल रहा है, अगर यही आंदोलन किसी अन्य विपक्ष शासित राज्य में होता तो बिल्कुल सेम टू सेम रिजल्ट होता, कुछ भी फर्क नहीं होता।

>किसी को भी बच्चों की नहीं पड़ी, किसी को भी गरीबों की नहीं पड़ी, किसी को भी मजदूरों की नहीं पड़ी।

>पड़ी है तो खुद के बच्चों की, जितने भी विधायक हैं या सांसद हैं या मंत्री हैं, 95% के बच्चे विदेशों में या तो पढ़ रहे हैं या फिर सेटल हो चुके हैं।

>मैने जो लिखा ये सच्चाई है इस देश की, राजनीत का चश्मा हटाकर पढ़ना, असलियत सामने आ जाएगी।

>इसलिए जिन बच्चों के कुछ अरमान हो, माँ बाप सक्षम न हों, घर की अकेली जिम्मेदारी हो, वो बच्चे फर्जी आंदोलन से दूर रहें।

He also made derogatory comments
about me within the Academy infront of my friends in Telugu. He falsely accused me of having a sexual relationship with another trainee on completely baseless grounds. Thereafter, he pressurizing me to admit to such an alleged relationship. He also referred to me using abusive words such as "bit**" and "shameless.

Through intimidation and blackmail, he forced me to open and show him my personal messages.

What happened at the NPA-

On 8th July, he further escalated the harassment by taking away my mobile phone to his room and forcing me into revealing the password.

On 09th July , at around 9:00 p.m., he wrongfully restrained me, forcibly took me to his room, grabbed me by the hair, attempted to strangulate me, and held a knife against my neck and didn’t allow her to leave his room. Then, he threw 3 packets of condo** at me.

On 10th July at around 7:50 a.m., he again physically assaulted me by his hand.

On 08th July , He groped me, and attempted to touch me. He
also recorded a private video of me without my knowledge or consent and sent it to my husband with the intention of blackmailing me.

Further, he tried to tarnish my image by false and degrading information.

Justice Ujjal Bhuyan Says 2024 Delhi Metro Judgment Caused “Most Extensive Damage” To Arbitration In India

In a candid assessment, Supreme Court Judge Justice Ujjal Bhuyan stated that the Supreme Court’s 2024 judgment in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. v. Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt. Ltd. (DAMEPL) has caused “the most extensive damage to arbitration in India”, weakening India’s aspiration to emerge as a global arbitration hub.

Speaking at a lecture titled “Arbitration in India: Reform, Relevance & the Road Ahead”, organised by The Law Forum, Justice Bhuyan observed that the judgment sent shockwaves across the arbitration community and was followed by a series of Union Government policy decisions discouraging arbitration in high-value commercial disputes.

Justice Bhuyan also expressed concern over increasing judicial interference in arbitral awards, cautioning that such developments risk reversing years of legislative reforms aimed at making India an arbitration-friendly jurisdiction.
