10-min delivery is impressive, but taking days to resolve a customer issue isn’t.
I received a broken product from Zepto and immediately shared the CCTV footage as proof .Quick delivery should come with equally quick customer support

2. What is this 'User Development Fee'? How do you develop me when I travel in your aeroplane?

3. What is this 'Aviation Security Fee'? Am I not paying taxes to the Government for ensuring my safety when I travel? Or has @MoCA_GoI outsourced aviation security to businesses?

Your coupon codes that attract the customer don't work at once. If it works,then while making payments,it gets removed automatically.The strategy should be a little friendly to customers

Why is there no option to open a resolved ticket. It's been marked as resolved when it was not resolved.
