@kartikeyaBhakt @GreaterNoidaW @letsblinkit If it's just a scratch, I wouldn't say anything, but the headlight's busted! The footage shows the driver hit it directly. Knowing how much a headlight costs, you'll understand why I'm complaining. Blinkit's third-party insurance should cover this.

Today, their rider hit my parked car. Tomorrow it could be a child or pedestrian.
If this is how Blinkit handles safety and driver accountability, how safe are we really?

Despite sharing video proof, order ID, and even the delivery agent’s details, @letsblinkit has refused to take responsibility for the damage caused to my parked car.

Requesting support from @Uppolice to take appropriate action. All evidence is ready for submission.
