@ActusDei Actually, India is doing the opposite.. check website of any private univerisity, the # of specicialisations across B.E., https://t.co/mgZ0qTTYVu, BBA, MBA, https://t.co/PxUnI0gzVk, etc....have all exploded. What used to be a subject 25 years back is now a full fledged degree.

@Prashanth_Krish @jsensarma Yes! We are happy as a supplier of office interiors.... The Engg services companies have tight budget for office interiors, but GCCs spend lavishly and pays well. The margin of services companies goes to the pockets of employees and other vendors.

@Prashanth_Krish @jsensarma Exactly Prashant.... I ask same question.... the GCC scene is hottest as of now, they are hiring, left right and centre.... Even the AI pioneers like Google, NVIDIA, etc are signing 10 years lease for large office campuses, Why? (if the AI will takeover everything! ).

@rushiii_12 Ok, here is an unpopular take, at junior level most sports competitions are age based. One of the common scandal is to reduce kids age (fake birth certificate are easily available). This helps to play juniors beyond age limit. Performance in juniors is gateway to senior teams.

@VishalBhargava5 Godrej is advertising a pre launch project that is yet to receive RERA @ 1.29 cr for 750 sq ft carpet area..... in a remote corner of Kharadi.

Even in Wagholi, a 750 sq ft 2 BHK is 1 cr upwards. Data for Pune is flawed.
