@SamsungIndia @SamsungIndiaCare My complaint Ref. No. 3101289997 is still unresolved. For 3 days, the service centre keeps saying my ₹1,500 refund will be credited “today”, but nothing happens. Only false assurances, no action. How long should a customer keep waiting?

@SamsungIndia @SamsungIndia @SamsungIndiaCare 2 days and still no response regarding my ₹1,500 refund. Neither Samsung nor the service centre is responding on X or WhatsApp. Please escalate this complaint and resolve it immediately, failing which I will approach @nch1915.

@SamsungIndia Charging ₹236 just to open/check the phone, and then demanding ₹700 to reseal/tape it if the customer refuses the repair? This is unacceptable. At the Samsung service centre, I was also charged ₹1,500 advance for parts that I ultimately didn’t need. Scammers

@SamsungIndia @SamsungIndiaCare My S21 FE 5G was diagnosed with damaged antenna/SUB BA after a minor drop, and I paid ₹1,500 advance. The phone started working normally without repair. I cancelled the repair, but my ₹1,500 refund is still pending despite sharing bank details.
