Your technician completely ruined my new AC setup: the unit was left tilted, and the copper pipe was cut to 1m instead of the mandatory 3m SOP, causing gas and water leaks. It is completely unusable.
Getting help has been pure harassment:

Chatbots auto-closed my tickets with no human option.
I wasted 2 weeks trying to use a broken job sheet upload link.
Phone agents refused to escalate to a manager, hiding behind "policy."
The upload link finally worked today, but your team punished me for YOUR broken tech by pushing my resolution ETA from Aug 11 to Aug 18!
I refuse to be penalized for incompetent techs and broken systems.
