How it's done?

It is still unclear but it looked like more of phishing attack.
-4 new OD A/Cs opened in my father's name - no Notification
-12 transactions done - No OTP received
Rest it needs to be cleared by officials that how its done.

PNB has already refused to take responsibility and said its customer liability

Crime reported with cyber crime also.

PNB has taken no responsibility and said its customer liability.

PNB has failed to track or stop the transactions when information of unauthorized transaction was given within 2 hours.
