I had bought pro @suno subscription yesterday. Today i upgraded to Premier. But i got charged full price. Instead of difference amount. Please guide.

I don’t know which department is supposed to fix it but lots of water getting waste. Please look into it.

Also please note 12:16 Fast Churchgate local from Bandra leaves at 12:14 always. 2 minutes before its actual timing.

@ola_supports I feel its planned scammed as you know people are travelling early in the morning towards their home after tiring day won’t be able to have energy to fight with your drivers. So you guys made us pay extra amount.

@Olacabs @ola_supports If Any Extra cash payment is out of your Ola Eco System then why it was showing 110 extra amount after ending the trip in your drivers Phone when I already paid the estimated amount by gpay before ending the trip.

@Olacabs The extra amount paid by me to your drivers personal account eventually went to your account ( if it was scammed by drivers end then it shouldn’t show on your app)

@zomato @zomatocare Almost after half an hour Order got cancelled. While ordering my bank server was down but after sometime i paid online only still I didn’t got my order on time & later on directly got cancelled. Delivery guy didn’t responded at all. Any explanation?
