Mumbai commuters had a rough Friday morning.

🔴 Western Railway: An overhead equipment (OHE) failure between Dadar–Churchgate (6:00 am–7:22 am), followed by a point failure at Churchgate around 8:00 am, disrupted peak-hour suburban services.

🔵 Central Railway: A rail fracture near Kalyan detected at 8:00 am led to immediate speed restrictions (10 kmph, later eased to 30 kmph), affecting train movement.

९) चालक व वाहक (कंडक्टर) यांच्या सूचनांचे पालन न करणे – ₹५००/-
१०) पुरुष प्रवाशांनी महिला डब्यात प्रवास करणे – ₹२५००/-
११) मालाची खोटी घोषणा करणे – प्रति क्विंटल ₹५००/-
१२) आक्षेपार्ह किंवा धोकादायक माल बाळगणे – ₹१००००/-
१३) सार्वजनिक सूचना/फलक खराब करणे किंवा विद्रूप करणे – ₹२०००/-
१४) धूम्रपान करणे – ₹२०००/-
