Today, I booked an auto (MP04RB7027) frm RKMP. auto entered the station platform 1 side at 3:51 AM and exited at 3:54 AM. Despite being inside the station for just 3-4 minutes, a ₹10 parking fee was charged

Isn’t there a 15-minute free Pick-up/Drop-off facility for autos and cabs? If such a provision exists, why was this parking fee collected?

Kindly clarify the policy and take appropriate action.

@indane_gas order for cons No. 7014424958, which is registered with Ref No. 2-005327238850 was invoiced on dated 01/01/2026. its 6th day today but not delivered yet. Agency (09009361494)  & delivery boy (9993117405) are not responding at their respective given contact no.

@zomatocare Partially missing an order is an issue. How will people eat paratha if you send paratha but not curd?
How will they eat if you send rice but not dal?

You just have to show regret later…. Enough?

I am writing this in relation to order 7520571701 which was placed from Big Bowl, Nagpur.
The order included rajma chawal along with 2 add-ons, In which an add-on of Rs 99 was not received. And the mobile number given by the restaurant was also switched off.

After complaining, I was refunded, but less. Since the discount was only on main order, there were no discounts on add-ins, so a refund should be made without deductions..

Please note that Hotel Regency, Amaravati is not extending GST benefits to customers. They have modified the base room tariff, thereby excluding the GST adjustment from the final pricing.
