Today was the worst experience with Batik Airways. Flt delayed, missed connection, then downgraded frm 4C to 28E. When requested same/front seat, staff Irfan argued & misbehaved with support from colleague. Shocking service at #KLIA

Really disappointed to see my suitcase completely damaged after a flight. It came back with a broken wheel, broken lock, and worn edges. This isn’t what I expected from @SingaporeAir, please do better with handling customer belongings! ✈️😔
