A landmark in digital banking!

Department of Financial Services (DFS) with a view to leverage technology for the Ease of Living of Citizens and Ease of doing Business, has launched a pilot for testing the Video Customer Identification Process (VCIP) for Non-Resident Indians in the jurisdiction of Bahrain through State Bank of India (SBI).

Through this initiative, SBI has successfully opened two accounts (Non-Resident External (NRE) and Non-Resident Ordinary (NRO)) of a customer based in Bahrain through VCIP - a first-of-its-kind journey enabled by 7+ system integrations.

The customer has received welcome messages for both accounts, marking a smooth and fully digital onboarding experience.

This milestone has been made possible with the support of @RBI, @TheOfficialSBI, @UIDAI, Ministry of External Affairs and @GoI_MeitY .

A major step towards seamless and secure global banking.

@CRED_support Order ID as mentioned in screenshot attached - made payment but Card company sent me message that it cannot be processed coz this amount was more than the outstanding. You don't have phone or chat support. Even email support is redirected to the app only. Pathetic.

It's still not resolved. How do I escalate this matter? I am highly frustrated and exhausted. If it's not resolvable at Domino's the only option I have now is to exercise my rights as a consumer.

The support executive assured a refund but didn't process.

Placed order yesterday. Wrong order was delivered. Store was non contactable as phone was off. Today it was connected but they said it's wrong number. Dialing the no. I got through support chat
