@ImSoniya24 Airtel is wrost, I have raise my concern 3 months back still no update, multiple mails, tried to call unable to reach, worst customer support, my issue not resolved, 3 month recharge wasted, better switch to BSNL I think it's far better.

2+ months. Multiple complaints. Resolution date passed. Still no fix. No call from technical team. No update.
I paid for the service but can't use it properly.

Very irresponsible customer service. More than 2 months, multiple complaints, promised resolution dates have passed, and still no solution. No technical callback, no proper update.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
