@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFCBank_Cares UPI reward of 1.5% if payment made through @tata_neu app is a waste. The app is not working for the past 5 months. Instead, change the reward policy and make the same reward available for payment made through other payment apps as well.

Upi payments are no working for the past 4 months in the @tata_neu app. Zero customer service and pathetic application. Why are you giving 1.5% neu coins for payments through your app if the app isn't working. @HDFC_Bank please change the reward policy or else will suffer loses.

@sreekanth_skj @tata_neu They won't fetch the same rewards. That is why I am frustrated. If they had provided the same rewards we could have waited for years. This is a scam to stop us from earning the reward points that they promised by stopping the working of UPI in Neu app.

@tata_neu @tata_neu I never availed that. If I have availed tell me what I won. My issue was not regarding that ticket anyway. If you had read carefully you would have known that my issue was regarding ticket id 11340936. Instead you were busy to show off that the issue was not with you.

Please stay away from this card as the Tata Neu app has too many gliches. Never seen a payment app showing a payment method wrong in transaction details. On top of this they have very poor customer service who sends automated replies again and again. Following up for past 18 days

@tata_neu 1. I have never availed it.
2. Ticket ID 11340936 is not related to spin a win. It is for not showing the correct transaction method. I used HDFC Tata Neu for UPI payment and in Tata Neu the payment method is shown as a different one and denied Neu coins.
