@ICICIBank Complain3: I finally had to disconnect the call after 15 minutes since the 4th person was transferring my call again to other department. There was no resolution to my query and just a waste of my time. Request Sandeep Bakshi to resolve this.

@ICICIBank Compain2: I called up Customer Care and the first lady informed me that my Relationship Manager is somebody else. Then she transferred my call to other department in relation to my query. This kept on happening one after another till 4th person.

@ICICIBank Complain1: I called up 022-44400000 to reach out to my Relationship Manager from my registered mobile number. The automated message said that there is no Relationship Manager for your account.

@nsitharaman (1/2) Maam kindly advice on one thing. Banks are taking haircuts on corporate loans upto 80% to 90% in some cases. These corporates are not paying salaries for 2 to 3 months and then the Banks follow up with normal middle class citizens like us for loan repayment.
